Added Operator user permissions role, in between an Admin and Read Only user.
– Operators have access to managing sites and devices
– Admins retain the power to manage organization users and billing
– Admins also gain all Operator permissions
– Added permissions matrix on the users management tab
– Added ability to remove user permissions without removing the user
